Troubleshooting the Common Errors of Dell Printer and Dell Ink Cartridges

Imagine a situation when you are in a flurry of printing an important document and your printer stops working! This situation generally happens even in Dell Printers and Dell Ink Cartridges. Unfortunately, even the most reliable printers are prone to these problems as is common in the case of Dell Printers and printer ink supplies. However, the exciting news is that you don’t have to be a technical wizard to solve these problems. Troubleshooting Dell printer problems is not a tricky task.

The following are a few common problems of Dell printer and printer ink supplies and their solutions.

Paper is stuck with no visible jam
This problem is quite common with most of the Dell printers. But troubleshooting this problem is not a big matter to concern.  Firstly, you need to find out the jammed paper and then remove it, and removing is simple, you just need to pull it out. However, at times, there might be a chance that you won’t be able to find out the stuck out paper. This is when you should notice that there might be no paper jammed in the printer, but the roller is not working properly. Eventually, the rollers might become loose because of the action of the printer. However, you can settle this problem by tightening them up.

Printing fails suddenly
If you own a multi-functional Dell Printers then this problem may occur suddenly. You may be surprised at this problem because all other functionalities would work properly whereas, the machine will stop printing. Well, nothing to bother about it because this is not a major snag to your printer. The fault occurs only because of the clogging of the ink cartridge, and this could be sorted out by initiating the cleaning process. You can rub the cartridge head with wet cotton dipped in alcohol. This way the dried up ink will be removed from the cartridge and the wet ink will flow out freely.

Printing process failed because of unmatched cartridge
This is a common problem seen everytime. Take it easy because it is as simple as not having refilled the cartridge on time. The problem arises because many printer users nowadays prefer refilling of empty cartridge without replacing with new Dell Ink Cartridge. As a result, the company suffers a big loss, thus making it difficult for users to use refilled cartridges. However, to troubleshoot this problem you need to refill the ink cartridge no sooner had you get the notice of low ink status.
